Dr. Cochran is an expert in microsurgery, implantology, and periodontics. He is an expert in the management of periodontal disease. Additionally, he has extensive experience creating dental implants to replace a patient’s missing teeth and performing cosmetic procedures that can enhance your smile.
After earning a master’s degree in human anatomy and neuroscience and a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences from Colorado State University, Dr. Reece Cochran went on to the Anschutz Medical Campus School of Dental Medicine to complete his graduate dental education. Dr. Cochran advanced in surgical dentistry with a focus on implantology while a student at the School of Dental Medicine and carried out his duties as class president.
Dr. Cochran received recognition from the American Academy of Periodontics during his senior year for his advanced training and education while attending dental school. At the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, where he also earned a master’s degree in periodontology, Dr. Cochran finished his periodontics specialty training. He studied the results of bone grafting materials as a resident.
Dr. Cochran and his wife, Ellie, moved to Colorado Springs from Denver, CO, in 2019, where they fell in love with the mountain life. During the pandemic quarantine, the Cochrans welcomed Carter Rae Cochran, their sweet daughter of nearly a year. Dr. Cochran has many interests in Colorado outdoors, such as skiing, camping, and fly-fishing.
